So, carnivors and I were talking this afternoon about dark!Merlin and even though it's not normally something I seek out, I remember reading a really interesting fic ages ago that I wanted to rec to her, only I can't remember the title/author because I live in the dark ages and don't bookmark anything. Does anyone remember a fic in which dark!Merlin and Arthur are having sex and Merlin destroys the world at the end? And Uther may or may not get maimed/killed in the middle, but it's entirely possible I'm thinking of something else here?

I had a looksie in the non-con tag on mxa this arvo until I was unfairly yet understandably distracted by come-addict!Arthur fic, so if anyone could help me out, that would be super. You would get a gold star and everything.

Oh, okay, and Merlin this coming week? Aaaargh, excitement/reservation.

Aside from the really important stuff my lovely friends kept me up to date with, of course, like that assassin fic on the kink meme (it's going to break my heart so hard, I just know it). And High School Merlin (finally!) posting. And Colin looking scrumptious in many different forms (all pics from fyeahcolinmorgan).

And, of course, Bradley's new Twitter. If you've been on my flist for a long time, you might remember me expressing the belief that a twitter run by Bradley James would possibly be the most fascinating containment of 140-character nuggets of wisdom the world has ever known.

In other news, I realise I'm late to this party, but I'm so in love with the show Miranda (HI, TOM ELLIS, HI). Is there going to be a season three?

Filed under things that would not make me giggle if I weren't a Merlin fan and I had an ounce of maturity: there's an English cricketer playing right now called Eoin Morgan. Eoin married Colin. Hee.

Reminds me of that magazine article where the journalist wrote "Bradley Morgan". Now that was a good day to be a fangirl.

Mood: I've been in a really weird space this week, I've kind of just wanted to curl up in bed and play Fruit Ninja on my iPod. This past weekend the house had been full of family visiting from Sydney, so I think I'm just withdrawing into some calm after a mad weekend full of loudness and constant doing.

Gripe of the week: I WANT MY COMPUTER BACK. I'm going through some sort of fanmix-making withdrawal. Does my computer nerd not realise I have a gay love story to tell through the medium of SONG? GOSH.

Also, Happy Australia Day, fellow Aussies! Yay, our country! That right there is pretty much the extent of my celebrations though.

The other doesn't give anything away, smiles inanely for the camera in front of them but his heart quickens and his partner must notice the slight intake of breath as a careful finger smoothes along the skin and dips beneath the waistband of his jeans.
