Went and saw Deathly Hallows again on Friday and I can confidently give it the thumbs up now. The most important thing I noticed this time around? Rupert Grint's forearms. Rawwwr.

Officially blocked in a writer-ly way, which is INCONVENIENT as I owe some lovely people Christmas fic and I'm not going to be that person who flakes, I'M NOT. I think it may be because I have that modern day Merlin surf fic still eating my brain. Also some pwp Percival/Merlin, BUT DON'T TELL ANYONE THAT.

GIVE ME RECIPES PLEASE. I've been in a cooking funk, I need something new and yummy to cook.

Aaaand now I've forgotten all the other shit I was going to talk about. IT WAS FASCINATING TOO, YOU KNOW IT WAS.

Come talk to me about one/all of the following:

a) why Merlin and Arthur are failboats in love
b) why Colin and Bradley are failboats in love
c) your ultimate magic reveal scenario
d) the one kink/trope that never fails to turn you on
e) your topic of choice

Recipe here (http://camelot-fleet.dreamwidth.org/79578.html?thread=4607450#cmt4607450). I'm total fail at cooking and I can manage it. Thus anyone can. (Yan said it better..)

a) They are both major fails at certain things (i.e. Merlin at hiding magic, Arthur at noticing magic). Sometimes, these fails cancel each other out. With Arthur and Merlin, they manage to synergize into boat-sized fail.
c) I wish I could be original, but my favorite is still that scene from the fic where Arthur had figured it out on his own but said nothing until one day, when he tells Merlin that every day, he had hoped it was the day Merlin loved him enough to tell him his secret.
d) Jealous!Arthur or pining!Arthur who thinks that he could never be with Merlin and angsts over the woe that is never being able to have Merlin (except he could if he just told Merlin or something like that)
e) Pickled eggs.

Admittedly I'd never heard of agar before so I had to look it up, but yeah, I'd totally go that, it looks delish!

a) synergize into boat-sized fail - that is the most awesome way I've ever heard it described xD

c) Oh my gosh, heart breaking into a million pieces. Did the fic end happily at least?

d) Ugh yes, that trope is the failsafe way to my heart.

e) I have never had them, ARE THEY ANY GOOD?
