Queen Dot Kong - the Dø. For its fun wtf-ness.
And because I already have it uploaded, Small Penis Compensation Vehicle - Born Again Floozies. If you don't at least laugh at the triangle, you're dead inside.

In other music news, NEW DIVINE COMEDY! In the first listen through I was all 'meh' but in the second go through I am snapping my fingers, so that's a good sign. Have a listen, track three, Neapolitan Girl.

Other favourites for the week:
Cap'n Ted - Big Tree. I only downloaded the 2009 album the other day, but I've already listened to it more than the newer releases I've collected recently. Highly recommended.
In The Direction Of The Moon - Wolf Parade. The new album isn't as terrible as I was expecting but I do wish they'd head back into the direction of their old sound.
Apple Pie Bed - Lawrence Arabia. A brilliantly fun, 60's sounding pop song.

I am going to find that whole album now, since it's officially summer here and all.

Let me know if you find it, I'd love to download it. There was one link on [livejournal.com profile] indie_exchange but I didn't like the look of it at the time.

God, that comm is so disorganized. I hate looking for stuff there, though I will if I can't find it anywhere else. I guess I was spoiled by that other one.

I think I found the record, but I am running late, and will up it for you later today.

Ugh, isn't it just? I still feel the sting of absence when I think of pr3, I really do.

Thank you so much!

If I were more dedicated and had better resources (anyone have a demonoid invite?) I would consider resurrecting a version of it, but I was always kind of a slacker at follow through.

This is the link I dl'ed from, let me know if you need me to up it somewhere else: http://rs879.rapidshare.com/files/363443236/Lawrence_Arabia_-_Chant_Darling__2009_.rar
