Pet names - In my hunt for your German name, I saw the name Otto Von Bismark, so that's all the way up the top for favourite pet names. Miss Kitty Fantastico from Buffy. Chairman Meow (lol-ing forever at this one). Sergeant Pepper. And putting 'the third' after any name, for example Vladimir the third.

IDK. Can't I call you Nietzsche? Or Wolfgang? Or Klaus? Or Kafka? OH HEY, what about Zuckerpuppe - it means Sweetie Pie apparently, awww.
