So very, very bored. I tried to write porn but I even got bored of that. I didn't think that was physically possible, but there you go. You learn something new everyday!
I'm not going to comment on the Merlin shambles, everybody has already said their piece. I just wish my brain could unsee all the bad stuff so I could go back to being happily naive with my rainbows and fairy bread. Speaking of shambles though, I left a comment on
ems LJ about the whole debacle and I said something along the line of 'it's all a big shambles, isn't it?' I remember thinking I sounded odd because shambles is not a word I use a lot. Cut to me listening to the 1x10 commentary later that day and laughing my bum off when Katie McGrath says 'This is just a shambles, isn't it?'. I had quoted Katie without even being aware of it at the time! Oh Katie, stop infiltrating my brain, you make me seem creepier than I really am!
Also, speaking of women who are awesome, Felicia Day is adorable:
Apart from the awkward scripted first minute, the rest is so cute and Felicia and Greg have so much chemistry, I want them to do a weekly show or something.
Cousins - a Vampire Weekend cover by Mumford & Sons, if you're a fan of that sort of thing. I think I've listened to this version more than the original, surprisingly.
The licking-into-his-mouth tally now stands at 8. That's seven (I'm not counting Emma's because it was written before the 18th) fics in two and a half weeks.
I've been staring at this page for ages, I honestly have nothing of interest to say. What a waste of space this entry will be then!

Also, I suck at being a beta, apparently. Please forgive my lack of beta-activity, but I seriously haven't had access to a computer all week and however smart my smartphone is, text documents baffle it. D: I will have a computer tomorrow, though, and will deffo be getting my beta-booty in gear. *shamefaced*

Date: 2010-03-08 08:03 am (UTC)Oh, no problem. I sorta thought you'd forgotten and I'm used to that. But I'm so thrilled you're still up for it, though if you change your mind, it's all good. I still can't even make up my mind on whether it's worth beta-ing, but I guess that's something my beta will talk to me about? xD
Your icon, it gives marvelous advice!
EDIT: So, this is definitely not me harping on, but is that beta thing still a possibility?
