I should have just combined this with the other post I just made, but oh well. I finally caved in and I'm giving the 30-day meme a go. Yipee.

Day 01 → your favorite song

A cruel, nasty question. How am I supposed to pick just one? I don't think I can. Some days I like some songs more than others, just based on what mood I'm in.

My 8 part answer: .

If I'm feeling romantic or nostalgic, then I go for a bit of Moonlight Serenade:

Down and dancey and looking for a something to lift me up, I need a little Pounding (twss):

If I'm in the mood for something epic, I can't go past Wake Up:

If I feel like listening to some sexy drums (and this is a mood that strikes me as frequently as the others) then I go with Pompeii Am Götterdämmerung:

If I want to relive my school days, I have to have a little Next Episode:

If I want to brood, especially about romantic misgivings, I need some Magnetic Fields, but in particular, this song:

If I want to cry, I go with Adagio For Strings (I'm sorry in advance, the video is of a tribute to September 11.):

And finally, if I want to laugh, I absolutely always turn to the Williamsburg Will Oldham Horror:
